1) Where We Ship

• Domestic only: We ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

• No international shipping at this time.

2) Dispatch Time

• Orders are dispatched within 5 business days of order/payment confirmation.

• Business days are Monday–Friday; UAE public holidays and weekends are excluded.

• Orders placed after the daily processing cut‑off may roll over to the next business day.

Note: Courier transit time is in addition to the Clinic’s dispatch window and may vary by emirate and service area.

3) Shipping Fees

• Flat rate: AED 30 per order, anywhere in the UAE.

• The shipping fee is shown at checkout and is non‑refundable once an order has shipped.

4) Delivery & Tracking

• We use reputable UAE couriers. Tracking details (if available) will be shared by email/SMS after dispatch.

• Delivery attempts and scheduling are handled by the courier. Missed deliveries may incur re‑delivery charges.

5) Address Accuracy & Receiving

• Please ensure your full name, mobile number, and delivery address (including building, community, and access details) are accurate.

• Couriers may require valid ID upon delivery.

• If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re‑shipping will require payment of an additional AED 30 flat fee.

6) Restricted Areas & Special Handling

• Some remote or restricted locations may require extra time. If your area is non‑serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative address or cancellation before dispatch.

• Bulky/fragile medical devices may require special handling at the courier’s discretion.

7) Damaged or Wrong Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item(s).

• Resolution will follow our Return & Exchange Policy (all sales final except where required by UAE law).

8) Click & Collect (If Offered)

• If pickup is available for your order, we will notify you when it’s ready. Uncollected orders after 7 calendar days may be cancelled at our discretion.
